All strays are
- Scanned for a microchip upon arrival
- Networked on social media, WABJ, and in the Daily Telegram
- Held for 5 business days if identification leading to an owner is not present
- Held for 7 business days if identification leading to an owner is present
- Evaluated, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and placed up for adoption if not claimed by an owner
If your missing pet is below, please contact us at 517-263-3463. You will be required to show a valid ID and have proof of ownership (license, vet records, pictures).
If you’re interested in adopting one of the animals listed below if it isn’t claimed by an owner, please submit an adoption application and we will contact you with more information.
If your missing pet is not listed below, contact Lenawee County Animal Control at 517-263-0524 or their other boarding facility, Addison Veterinary Clinic, at 517-547-7581.
